Well this day has been a great day for me.Stress free!!
I have rested well the last few night so that helps.
I am at one Christian board now ,and one Fly Lady one for housework and weight support.
I did lose 6 1/2 pounds this week on South Beach-Dr put me on it.I have prayed hard on things,I will be ok!Hugs,Linda

- My name is Linda.I live in Alabama right now .I am 64 years old.Mother to 3 grown children(43,41,37).Grandmother to 7 grandchildren(24-22-20-16-17-15)The 4 oldest is in college .I have been married 46 years as of Oct 15 ,to high school sweetheart,whom I still love dearly. I sufer from fibrpmyalgia diabetic type 2 and other health problems but young at heart lol!!! I like camping in our RV.I am just starting scrapbooking.I love boards,sufing the internet.lol.
